Eli is the founder and CEO of WayBio. He earned his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and was previously a research scientist at The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. He was an early team member and Director at Arbor Biotechnologies, where he led teams across DNA sequencing, automation, lab informatics, and plasmid construction. Through WayBio, he is building the execution layer that turns AI-generated designs into sequence-verified constructs at the speed modern design-build-test cycles demand.

Paul Meister is a partner at Novalis LifeSciences and co-founder & CEO of Liberty Lane Partners, an investment firm focused on healthcare, technology, and distribution. He has held senior leadership roles at Revlon, inVentiv Health (now Syneos Health), and Thermo Fisher Scientific. He currently serves on several public company boards.

David is a professor of Bioinspired Engineering and Pathology at Harvard Medical School and affiliated with the Broad Institute. He is the scientific founder of Illumina and Quanterix and has co-founded multiple life science startups. His work in single-molecule technologies and bioengineering has received broad international recognition.
